We told Charly a lot about our Paraiso close to San Cristobal de la Barranca. Atotoncilo El Alto is only 150 kilometers away; so, it was no wonder that he and a few of his colleagues went on a trip here.

We lay comfortably in our hammocks, in the shade of the trees, when we heard motors buzzing on April 6th, 2020. A noise that is rarely heard here. Most of the time, apart from the twittering of the birds, we only hear the sprinkler system with which Roberto waters the lawn and the trees. What we heard now was the typical sound of motorcycles. There were three large BMWs and a KTM that stood in front of the gate. Charly, Sandro, Lalo, Rigo and his son Eric sat on them.

We did not greet each other with an Abrazo as is fashion here. The virus also put an end to this. Greetings from a distance. And you get less close than in the time of «BtV». (Before the Virus). We drank some cans of Corona beer together and chatted about everything; just not about the virus of the same name! Our visitors were thrilled with the Balneario and promised to come back when it reopens on August 1^st, 2020. Until then we have it to ourselves!

PS. Charly brought us home-made bread. And Rigo, one of his colleagues, had a glass of «Cajeta», something similar to «Dulce de Leche» in Argentina. No wonder that there was bread with butter and cajeta this morning.
